IN DEPTH From Rule 8 Note: "The Committee may, in the conditions of a team competition (Rule 33-1), permit each to appoint one person who may give advice (including pointing out a line for putting) to members of that team." 
If the Committee wishes to stipulate who may be appointed team captain (i.e. that the team captain must be an amateur, be a member of a certain golf club, not be a professional etc.) that restriction may be inserted in the bracket.
The team captain must be identified to the Committee before giving advice and should wear an easily recognizable badge or the like (preferably with his name and the words "Team Captain" or Coach). If such a person has not been identified to the Committee he is an outside agent
Note: When the team captain plays in the competition he may only give advice to his partner in a foursome or four ball. When the team captain has finished his stipulated round he may give advice to other members of his team.

Suggested wording. This Rule shall always stand under its own headline.

Advice in Team Competitions
In accordance with the Note to Rule 8, each team may appoint one person (in addition to the persons from whom advice may be asked under that Rule) who may give advice to members of that team. Such person (if it is desired to insert any restriction on who may be nominated insert such restriction here) must be identified to the Committee  before giving advice. Penalty: Match play - Loss of hole; Stroke play - Two strokes.
