Damage Caused by Non-Burrowing Animal. GoRaC 3.6; RoG Definitions, Ground under Repair and Decision 33-8/32.5. Local Rule/Temporary Local Rule. Revised 2015-10-30.
IN DEPTH: Areas severely damaged by non-burrowing animals such as boars, dogs, elks, horses, or sheep are not by definition ground under repair but the Committee may declare the areas to be ground under repair. Extensive and easily identified damaged areas need not be marked. To avoid that players must take relief several times in areas with heavy damage the Committee may deem that interference with the players stance is not interference under this Local Rule.

Suggested wording. The title and the penalty may be removed when this Rule is placed together with other local rules under a specific headline. The Committee may deny relief from interference with the players stance.
