Artificially-Surfaced Road Adjacent to Ground Under Repair. RoG Rule 24-2b(i); Decision 1-4/8; Decision 1-4/8.5 and Decision 33-8/25. Temporary local rule. Revised 2014-11-03.
In depth: When ground under repair is adjacent to an artificially-surfaced cart path or road (Definitions; Obstructions), the player may, after obtaining relief from one condition, have interference with the other condition which leads to a new relief situation under another rule. The Committee may, in these situations, use white spray-lines to define the area and declare that it has the same status as the road or path.
