Fence Posts Define Out of Bounds. Definitions; Out of Bounds; GoRaC 3.2 and GoRaC 4.2. Local Rule. Revised 2015-01-13.
IN DEPTH: From Definitions, Out of Bounds: "When out of bounds is defined by reference to stakes or a fence the out of bounds line is determined by the nearest inside points at ground level of the stakes or fence posts (excluding angled supports)."
This means that all posts determines the out of bounds line. If the Committee marks such posts with white paint all of them should be so marked to avoid misunderstandings.
