Shared Internal Out of Bounds. RoG, Definitions, Out of bounds; Decision 24/5. Local Rule. Revised 2015-01-13.
IN DEPTH: One or several holes that runs parallel to other holes may, e.g. for safety reasons, have a common out of bounds that applies on all holes with out of bounds markings (contrary to when an internal out of bounds applies only on one of the holes bordering on each other).
The stakes (white) which defines out of bounds are by "Definitions" deemed to be fixed. That means that such stakes may not be removed and if a stake interferes with the lie of the ball, the players stance or the area of his intended swing there is no relief and the player may play the ball as it lies or take relief, with one stroke penalty under Rule 28 (Ball Unplayable).
More information in "How to Mark a Golf Course".

Suggested wording. The title and the penalty may be removed when this Rule stands together with other Rules under a specific headline.
